Brain fog is something many of us suffer from at times, but what can you do about it?

“Brain fog can leave you feeling like you are unable to concentrate for long enough to do anything productive,” says NLP coach Rebecca Lockwood (rebeccalockwood.org.uk).

“Staring at screens a lot can cause you to go into foveal vision. This is when you are only focussed on the thing right in front of you and this can heighten stress levels. The opposite of this is peripheral vision, which leaves us feeling calmer and more grounded within ourselves.”

Staying hydrated, getting adequate sleep, taking breaks and relaxing activities such as meditation or yoga can all help.
