Why is it so hard to get Rams tickets?

-

HAVING gone to watch Derby County for 67 years, I have never been to a Derby v Forest match, where talk of the football was almost non existent.

Most supporters seem to be more concerned about how to get their match tickets.

Is the inconvenience and problems going to continue?

How long is this method of ticketing going to last?

When, or if, are season ticket cards going to be issued (some of us paid up in March 2020)?

When are we going to be able to speak to someone for help? Phone calls are on hold for ages (no one is in the ticket office).

The internet provision seems unable to cope with the numbers trying to contact the club on a weekly basis.

The club doesn’t seem to appreciate its loyal supporters, the elderly, who have been paying for tickets, 50, 60, 70 years. Great times and bad, we’ve been there.

Are other clubs having similar problems?

When will normality return and we can go to a match without the stress of getting a ticket, no computer or smartphone.

I begin to despair and wonder if it is worth it.
