IT’S the biggest night in television, finally on screen after 20 months, a period when TV has been at the forefront of our lives.

Broadcast live from London’s O2, Masked Singer host Joel Dommett is in charge of proceedings as the nation’s screen stars gather for the awards ceremony, as voted for by the public.

NTA debut nominees include Bridgerton, The Masked Singer, Normal People, Taskmaster and It’s A Sin.

The seemingly undefeatable Ant and Dec are shortlisted for the TV presenter category, hoping for a remarkable 20th consecutive win against Holly

Willoughby, Bradley Walsh, Piers Morgan and Alison Hammond.

The hidden-identity hilarity of The Masked Singer faces stiff competition from current award-holder Strictly Come Dancing, Britain’s Got Talent and RuPaul’s Drag Race UK in the Talent Show category.

Five famous faces who showcased their personal plights are competing for the inaugural Authored Documentary award. The shows are Kate Garraway: Finding Derek, Katie Price: Harvey and Me,

Rob Burrow: My Year with MND, Roman Kemp: Our Silent Emergency, and Marcus Rashford Feeding Britain’s Children.

Can anything beat the ratings juggernaut that is Line of Duty? Going up against it in the returning drama category are Unforgotten, Call The Midwife and The Crown.

There are also awards for the actors, the soaps and the quiz game shows, as well as challenge shows and entertainment hits.

And there’s music too, as JLS perform their classic hits, plus brand new single Eternal Love, penned by Ed Sheeran. It’s a red carpet affair not to be missed.
