Courting couple’s flipping awkward moment

A COUPLE who were getting hot and steamy in a Toyota got more than they bargained for when it flipped onto its side.

Police say the pair had been getting intimate with each other in the parked Yaris, when the vehicle’s handbrake became disengaged.

As a result, officers said the car rolled down a hill, before flipping onto its side with its shocked occupants still inside.

Officers from Derbyshire police say the couple were able to escape the incident, which took place at an “undisclosed location”, without injuries.

Details of the incident were revealed on Thursday morning by Derbyshire Roads Policing Unit.

The tweet reads: “At an undisclosed location in Derbyshire the couple occupying this Yaris had parked up and were strengthening their relationship.

“While doing so the handbrake has become disengaged and it rolled down a hill before flipping on its side. No injuries.”
