Homes at auction with prices under £150K

A NUMBER of Derbyshire homes are going up for auction this week, with guide prices of less than £150,000.

Local lots up for grabs this month include properties in Mackworth, Littleover and Spondon, and a property near Ilkeston.

One of those going under the hammer is a home within walking distance of Derby city centre, in Gerard Street North, which has six double bedrooms over three floors. It has a guide price of £145,000.

There is also a three-bedroom detached bungalow in Kirk Hallam, which may have developmental potential, with a guide price of £110,000.

Coming in with a guide price just under £50,000 is a two-bedroom ground floor flat in the city suburb of Mackworth.

The properties have all been listed for SDL’s monthly property auction on Thursday. The auction will be live-streamed online with remote bidding only, with the first lots up for grabs from 10am. Registration for bidding will close at midday on Wednesday.
