A Greek odyssey

-

ZOOMING into shot on jet skis, Gordon Ramsay, Gino d’Acampo and Fred Sirieix begin as they mean to go on – larking about.

Of course there is always a vague culinary theme to their travel show, but mainly it’s about the chaos as the three mates wind each other up.

It’s all a good laugh, as long as you enjoy their mostly childish behaviour as they swear, slather each other with mud, wear ridiculous outfits and crash the odd vehicle. Locals stare at them bewildered.

The trio is hopping around the

Greek islands this time, so there is a catamaran to be manned. “I’ve sailed more boats than you’ve cooked beef wellington,” Gino assures Gordon, who is concerned.

Anyone who has watched these three before will know that it’s mostly about reigning in Gino (expect dancing on tables) and averting your eyes every time Fred decides to get naked.

They begin their adventure in

Crete, Greece’s largest island, before navigating their way to stunning Santorini, making their way to the party island of Mykonos and finishing their trip in the Greek capital Athens and the monasteries of Meteora.

As it begins, they dive for lobster and make pastry in Crete before visiting the hot springs of Santorini and then moving on to make traditional sausages in Mykonos.

There will be jet ski racing, shipwreck diving, bromance and bickering along the way, as well as plenty of fabulous food.
