For the signature challenge, Prue and Paul want 24 identical brandy snaps. “It’s not a brandy snap if it doesn’t snap,” warns Prue. Then they must make 12 “sandwiched jammie biscuits” – which we all know means Jammie Dodgers.

It’s clear that last week’s Star Baker Jurgen, with Noel, Prue and Paul below, is out in front. “He’s been renamed the Baking Terminator. Nothing stops him,” says Giuseppe.

Finally the 11 bakers must make a 3D biscuit replica of their favourite childhood toy – with an interactive element.

But as it comes to the crunch, the tent also sees its first tears...
