Fatal crash victim was woman, 94

A WOMAN who died in a fatal collision in Derbyshire earlier this week has been identified.

Ina Crouch died at the scene in Church Street, Eckington, on Monday afternoon.

The 94-year-old was the pedestrian involved in the incident.

Following the incident police put out an appeal to help identify the victim. Her family have since been made aware.

Officers are continuing their enquiries into the incident and are keen to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time – in particular anyone with dashcam footage that may have captured the incident or the moments leading up to it.
