Concerns for missing Alex

POLICE are concerned over a man who went missing on Saturday.

Officers said Alex Edwards was seen at around 8.45am in Mackworth then later spotted collecting his van, a white Citroen, from the Travellers Rest in Ashbourne Road at around 9.20am.

He is described as white, 5ft 8ins tall, with short blond hair. He is thought to be wearing brown worktype trousers, a black hooded top and trainers.

Anyone who has seen Alex or who knows of his whereabouts is asked to contact police quoting incident number 703 of October 2.
