Witness charge

CARLIE Calladine, 32, of Sanderson Road, Chaddesden, was jailed for six weeks, suspended for a year, and handed an indefinite restraining order by Southern Derbyshire Magistrates Court for witness intimidation by sending an intimidating Facebook message in Chaddesden, on June 1, 2020.

WAYNE Shipman, 38, of Lovatt Drive, Langley Mill, was jailed for eight weeks, suspended for a year, and told to pay £119 compensation for stealing patio furniture, meat and whisky from Asda, Heanor, on July 9, stealing whisky on July 15 and possessing a knife in Cromford Road, Langley Mill, on July 21.
