Will Leave voters fill the job vacancies?

CAN someone please tell me where all the Leave voters – who held the opinion that a large number of foreign workers had taken our jobs in this country – have disappeared to? They appear to have suddenly gone very quiet.

It is now very apparent that there is a large gap in the jobs market that employers are struggling to fill – HGV drivers, farm workers, health care workers, to name a few.

Surely some of these people can now step forward to fill the gaps in the jobs market, or is it a case of they didn’t want foreign workers to do the jobs, but now that the gap has opened up in the jobs market, they aren’t actually prepared to do the very valuable work that they were more than happy to let others do.
