Gremlins, Daleks and Darth Vader at Comic-Con event

CHESTERFIELD Unleashed Comic-con is making its return to Queens Park Sports Centre on Sunday, October 17.

The popular event will have movie actors, attractions, comic creators, authors and traders with lots of toys, comics, collectibles, art, and jewellery on offer.

All of the special guests are available doing meet and greets, signing photos or memorabilia, as well as offering advice to any budding actors.

The event encourages people to come along dressed as a TV, movie, game or anime character and enter a cosplay competition with a chance to win some prizes. But if you don’t want to dress up, simply just come along dressed as a “Muggle”. Anyone interested does not need to book a ticket as they can just pay for entry on the door. However, early entry and queue jump tickets are available to purchase online. Tickets cost £6, with under 12s costing £4 and under 5s go free.
