Council deal for property consultant

DERBY property consultant OMEETO has won a two-year contract to handle commercial property marketing for Bolsover District Council.

It will see the Pride Park firm look after office, workshop and industrial properties. Properties available include offices to rent in 300,000 sq ft of converted mill at Pleasley Vale Business Park, as well as a new business hub at The Tangent in Shirebrook.

The Tangent business Hub has proved particularly popular with SMEs since it opened nine years ago.
