This year Crediton’s Christmas Tree Festival takes place in the Parish Church and runs from Thursday, 6 December to Sunday, 9 December.
More than 70 trees are expected, ranging in size from just a few feet to enormous, all differently decorated and filling the church with radiance. Opening times are 11am-6pm Thursday and Friday, 10.30am-7pm on Saturday, with a concert at 7.30pm, and on Sunday from 11am-5pm.
Admission is free and refreshments are available in the adjacent ‘Christmas Cracker’ Café. You can also browse a photography exhibition in the Boniface Centre and perhaps join an afternoon tour of the bell tower.
