At Dart­moor Brew­ery - the high­est in Eng­land - they love mak­ing great beer and use only the finest in­gre­di­ents: English malts, care­fully se­lected hops, their own strain of yeast, and clear, pure Dart­moor Wa­ter. Ot­ter Gar­den Cen­tre pre­serves are made in the kitchens at the Ot­tery St Mary gar­den cen­tre and are very pop­u­lar with cus­tomers. In­cluded are a sea­sonal cran­berry and or­ange sauce, an award­win­ning black­cur­rant jam and this year’s new flavour, Vic­to­ria Plum jam, made from a glut of fruit col­lected lo­cally. Your Christ­mas ham should be un­for­get­table, a suc­cu­lent and del­i­cately flavoured joint, ready to slice at the ta­ble. Eversfield’s or­ganic ham is dry cured, mar­i­nated and then flash roasted with honey for a ten­der, beau­ti­fully flavoured cen­tre­piece. Pro­duced from the finest or­ganic pigs, bred and reared out­doors to the high­est wel­fare stan­dards. Sal­combe Brew­ery Co’s lim­ited edi­tion yule­tide ale, Christ­mas Tide, is sold in bot­tles and gift packs as well as bag-in-boxes and on draught.
