Wicked Wolf Exmoor Gin is the original award-winning premium handcrafted gin made from botanicals distilled on Exmoor. The 11 botanicals are individually distilled and then expertly blended on the banks of the picturesque River Lyn, North Devon. Passionate about gin, husband and wife team, Pat Patel and Julie Heap, are the faces behind the exciting new venture. The perfect combination of 11 exotic botanicals produces complex layers of citrus and pepper notes. Set up by husband and wife team Andy and Claire Burnet, Chococo has been making fine fresh handmade chocolates since December 2002 on the Jurassic Coast. The couple believe they were one of the first UK artisan chocolatiers to pioneer making truly fresh chocolates, using locally sourced seasonal ingredients, including local fresh cream, blended with fine origin chocolate and no additives or preservatives. chococo.co.uk The Bar is the new range of chocolate bars created by Salcombe Dairy, already renowned for their delicious ice creams. To make their Bean To Bar chocolate the company sources organic, fairly traded cacao from the Peruvian rainforest and melange these cacao nibs in Salcombe with raw cane sugar before conching, tempering and moulding into chocolate of the highest quality. Classic English wines are produced at Sharpham vineyard near Totnes as a result of a happy marriage of soil, climate and grape variety known as terroir. In the winery, the company employs both New World and traditional techniques to best develop the unique regional characteristics. Our hamper includes a bottle of Sharpham sparkling reserve extra brut, a clean and complex, traditional method English sparkling wine. The palate is fresh, and clean with delicate stone fruit flavours and a touch of salty minerality. The finish is long and clean and a true expression of the South Devon fruit and climate.
