PEAK DESIGN EVERYDAY MESSENGER (V2)
Peak Design has a knack of creating bags that can carry more gear than their outward appearance would suggest, and version 2 of the Kickstarter favourite, Everyday Messenger, is no exception. Despite its svelte lines we were able to find room for a Sony a7 III or a Nikon D850 with a 24-70mm f2.8 mounted, along with four other lenses and a
13-inch laptop, plus a few bits and bobs in the 13-inch version.
The main compartment has a little expandability thanks to the clever MagLatch, which gives quick access to your gear and is easy to close. Inside, two FlexFold dividers let you apportion the space as required while a zip-closing front pocket has organiser pouches for small items.
It’s a stylish bag that doesn’t seem to suffer from the involuntary strap-extending issues of the first version. The luggage pass-through back panel is also a useful addition.
