IMAGE TITLE: Singapore reflection

Digital Photograper - - Your Images -

WHAT CAMERA, LENS AND SETTINGS DID YOU USE TO CAPTURE THIS STUNNING SHOT?

Nikon D800, Nikon 16-35mm, f11, 14secs, ISO 100.

HOW DID YOU DECIDE ON THE IMAGE’S COMPOSITION?

When I saw the footbridge I knew immediately that I’d use it for my foreground, for its lines leading towards my subject, the Singapore skyline.

WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT THE IMAGE?

The colours and the futuristic look of the buildings, the smooth water that creates the reflection of the skyline. I love the design of the footbridge.

DID YOU DO MUCH POST-PROCESSING?

For post-processing I didn’t do much. I darkened the highlights, brought up the shadows, introduced contrast, some colour and white balance correction and dodge and burn.
