VARY FOCUS AND DEPTH
Landscape photography is mostly associated with narrow apertures and deep depth of field. For an engaging perspective, limit focus by shooting wide open and experimenting with AF point positioning – where in the image this is placed will dictate how much detail is visible in each area of the frame. A shallower DOF is actually more representative of human vision, so can yield organic results.
