I used a Sony DSC-RX10M3 camera, f3.5, 1/100sec, ISO 400.

HOW DID YOU DECIDE ON THE COMPOSITION?

I wanted to fully capture and convey the collective contribution of the sky, land and sea, with the glorious colour acting to unify these elements.

WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT THE IMAGE?

The colour is incredibly beautiful and I especially appreciate the interplay of light and shadow.

DID YOU DO MUCH POST-PROCESSING?

This photograph was taken handheld, so I needed to correct the horizon line during post-processing. Additionally, AutoContrast and slight sharpening were used to complete the image.
