CUSTOMISE WHITE BALANCE
Guarantee perfect colour by tailoring white balance to each shoot
1
CHOOSE AUTO SETTING Auto white balance can have mixed results, due to the lack of control. however, on some cameras, it is possible to produce a more precise colour balance by using scene-specific auto – for example, nikon’s keep Warm colours setting complements skin tone.
2
BESPOKE PRESETS White balance presets offer a quick method of telling the camera how to match colour. For greater precision and to reduce workload in post-production, adjust the colour balance of each preset for your desired result, depending on the subject and setting.
3
DEFINE CUSTOM WHITE BALANCE
For neutral colour you can create a new preset for the current lighting condition. shoot a frame-filling image of a white balance target or a grey card (or neutral grey wall). Then use your camera’s white balance menu to select that image as a reference.
