Matthew shares his most‑used features of the S1 system

1 HIGH ISO PERFORMANCE I love to shoot in low light, so achieving the shutter speeds I need to capture action is challenging. The S1 gives me at least an extra hour of shooting at dawn/dusk, and I’ve been amazed at the smooth quality of the results, even at ISO 6400.

2 FOCUS TRACKING This is incredibly accurate, especially with subjects running towards the lens. Once locked on (and coupled with the 10fps) I’m confident I’ll have plenty of sharp frames.

3 VIEWFINDER Being able to review images in the viewfinder is also a feature I’ve enjoyed using, and saves those vital seconds when needing to adjust while photographing action.
