USE SYMMETRY

While we generally suggest using a compositional method, such as the rule of thirds, to position the various elements of your scene and space them out, symmetry can be a very powerful compositional device because it’s not as commonplace, helping a symmetrical image to look more eyecatching. Look out for reflections in glass or water.
