STARTER SUBJECTS

Try working with local subjects, perhaps birds or mammals that are already used to the presence of people. Mute swans or Canada geese are a great place to start, but always pay attention to subtle cues in their behaviour. If they move away from you don’t follow or harass – it will take time for them to come to trust you.
