Bräuer explains: “Our service team constantly seeks to advise our guests in a competent, but never old-fashioned, stiff manner, so that they can hopefully feel entirely comfortable. After all, that’s what matters; I never ask my guests whether the food was tasty, but rather whether they had a nice evening.”
In a culinary sense, guests can look forward to surprising combinations with Bobby Bräuer’s special signature, and European dishes that are interpreted in a modern fashion.
