The hotel’s culinary heart is the Gourmetres­taurant Aubergine, awarded one Michelin star in 2014. Head chef Maximilian Moser started his career at the age of 16 in the renowned house, Alois Dallmayr, in Munich, after discoverin­g his passion for cooking during a work placement. Moser took over Gourmetres­taurant Aubergine in 2012 at the age of 28, and since then, has been charming guests with unique creations from excellent products, combining profession­al perfection with strong passion.
