Natural honey from the Swiss Alps

Even the glasses and gift-wrappings are unique. The patented round glass, for example, is shaped in a way that makes it possible to scrape out even the last bit of honey with a spoon. “Another glass is adorned with a paper cutting designed by a local artist,”says Irene Schier, who runs the business together with her husband Prof Dr Felix Schier.
Dr Felix Schier’s love for honey is rooted in a family tradition: his grandfather was a beekeeper, who ate a large spoon of honey every day and always shared some with his grandson. Dr Felix Schier was a pediatric surgeon, and when he bought honey while travelling, he could not find any information about producer or land of origin. This led him to fulfilling his dream of producing a pure and genuine honey – just like his grandfather did.
