Relaxing by the fire, chatting and watching tasty delicacies being prepared: for many of us, that’s the counterpart to our fastpaced everyday lives. Well, slowing down around a cosy fire has always been a passion for Kurt Gellner, too.
“When I started studying the craft of oven construction at 24, everything happened quickly,”he remembers fondly. “Connecting my ‘wood fire-fuelled’ desire to cook with learning about combustion engineering and design, and the cultural and culinary togetherness around the fireplace – it all drove me to develop sophisticated fireplaces, and I’ve never stopped.”
Aside from its timeless design, the mobile Wood Fire Kitchen convinces users with its multifunctionality. Grilled fish, baked goods or stir-fried vegetables – the sky’s the limit. A brand-new round fireplace now seamlessly merges culinary adventures with the joy of coming together.
Gellner also offers a very special kind of catering service, highlighting an authentic cooking process. Whether it’s in central Berlin or in front of breathtaking mountains, it’s pure joy to watch him cook. And the result always tastes delicious!
