A mobile printer and digital stamp in one device: with a simple swipe, the COLOP e-mark makes colourful imprints which can include photos, logos or even date and time – on paper, textiles, wood and other ink-absorbent surfaces. The device is operated via an app and uses inkjet technology.

With the e-mark, COLOP has filled a gap in the market: after all, a digital stamp and mobile printer of this kind is certainly unique. For the company, it is also the first step into digitalisation. COLOP, with headquarters in Wels, Austria, is a worldwide leading producer of stamps and marking devices. COLOP co-operated with Hewlett Packard to develop the printer cartridge for the multi-award-winning e-mark.

The printer comes with an app for mobile Android and Ios devices, as well as the corresponding software for PCs. With it, users can create individual designs or use existing templates. The app also enables the adding of barcodes or QR codes, and all data is transferred via Wi-Fi.“One of the exceptional aspects is that any colour can be used, and indeed, the e-mark prints in full colour,”says Christoph Skopek, head of IT and strategic project management.“The handling is easy and the app is very user-friendly.”

This makes the e-mark ideal for private and commercial use – as a practical mobile phone accessory or for DIY and creative industries.
