ACTIVIST AND WRITER
Born and raised in New York City, Marguerite is now a dedicated Londoner having lived in the UK for over 40 years. Her rich and rewarding career has spanned theatre and visual arts, social action programming for the BBC and 17 years in the LGBT+ sector. Marguerite gained different sorts of notoriety by running tantric sex workshops for lesbians in the 1990s and receiving a British Empire Medal in 2013 for her services to lesbians, gay men, bisexual and transgender people and African communities.
