We manufacture and sell bone broth and fermented drinks. I started the business in 2017 after seeing a gap in the market for these specialist foods. In simple terms, bone broth is a better-quality stock, and it’s an age old tradition. Our ancestors would have boiled the animal carcass for its nourishing broth. The drinks are made by fermenting raw ingredients with sugar, an ancient method of preserving food, which produces various bacteria, yeasts and alcohols which are good for gut health.
