We man­u­fac­ture and sell bone broth and fer­mented drinks. I started the busi­ness in 2017 af­ter see­ing a gap in the mar­ket for these spe­cial­ist foods. In sim­ple terms, bone broth is a bet­ter-qual­ity stock, and it’s an age old tra­di­tion. Our an­ces­tors would have boiled the an­i­mal car­cass for its nour­ish­ing broth. The drinks are made by fer­ment­ing raw in­gre­di­ents with sugar, an an­cient method of pre­serv­ing food, which pro­duces var­i­ous bac­te­ria, yeasts and al­co­hols which are good for gut health.
