NURTURED BY NATURE
The current global health crisis has forced us all to spend a great deal more time indoors. This in turn has made us appreciate the great outdoors when we do get the opportunity. Getting out into nature can do wonders for our mental health and happiness. It’s something we’ve all been encouraged to do daily for our wellbeing since lockdown started.
If you’ve been working from home, homeschooling your children or trying to juggle both - then you’ll need to take a breather to recharge your batteries during the working day. Going for a solo walk or finding an outside space for a peaceful seated meditation moment is a pleasurable way to clear your mind and destress.
Making sure you get outside every day, even if just for a short walk or a few deep breaths of fresh air, will help to keep you grounded. If you don’t have your own outdoor space, then head to your nearest park or open area to soak up some quiet time in nature. It will do you a world of good!
