NEW­MAR­KET LEC­TURES

Palace House New­mar­ket has in­tro­duced a se­ries of evening lec­tures. Each lec­ture is held in the Spe­cial Ex­hi­bi­tion gallery from 7pm – 8.30pm and in­cludes a drink on ar­rival. May 18, 7pm – 8.45pm A Royal col­lec­tion Join An­drew Gra­ham-Dixon, one of the lead­ing art crit­ics and pre­sen­ter of arts tele­vi­sion.

FES­TI­VAL OF FAB­RIC III

Amanda Bow­den’s in­cred­i­bly pop­u­lar Fes­ti­val of Fab­ric makes its thrid ap­pear­ance on Satur­day March 3, 10am to 4pm at The Or­well Ho­tel, Hamil­ton Road, Felixs­towe, IP11 7DX. It’s a one-day cel­e­bra­tion of vin­tage style clothes-mak­ing, with spe­cial­ist traders, vin­tage fash­ion lec­tures, sewing and millinery work­shops, a vin­tage fash­ion ex­hi­bi­tion from the 1930s to 1950s, af­ter­noon tea, and mu­sic sup­plied by a vin­tage swing DJ Just £5 to get in.
