Let’s Bop: Jane Spencer-Rolfe’s Let’s Bop sessions at the John Peel Centre in Stowmarket have proved so popular she’s now taken the winning formula to Bury St Edmunds. Let’s Bop is for women who no longer get ‘the chance to dance’ but just want to get out there and have a bop. Great for fitness and for generally keeping moving, loads of fun, sociable, and no age barriers.
