Don’t for­get the fab­u­lous fun-filled weekend of de­li­cious river­side feast­ing that is Wood­bridge Shuck, the town’s an­nual fish and shellfish fes­ti­val, over the weekend of Septem­ber 22/23.

The main arena is at Whis­stocks Quay­side, where freshly cooked seafood meals will be avail­able, along with a va­ri­ety of stalls, mu­sic and chil­dren’s en­ter­tain­ment. Through­out the town, par­tic­i­pat­ing restau­rants and pubs will also be serv­ing dishes us­ing lo­cally caught and grown fish and shellfish, in­clud­ing River Deben oys­ters and mus­sels.

Fri­day and Satur­day nights will see the Shuck Shack pop-up res­tau­rant serv­ing a de­li­cious four-course seafood menu over all three floors in Wood­bridge Tide Mill. Book­ing es­sen­tial.
