Good bread is the key here – fresh and crusty works best. Place sliced tur­key, ba­con, let­tuce and toma­toes on bread cov­ered with a layer of may­on­naise. Add in your choice of condi­ment – chilli jam or cran­berry chut­ney both work very well, top with an­other slice of bread. Press down and eat with a large glass of Suf­folk’s finest ale.
