Plan for largest development in housebuilder’s history
FIRM INDICATES CONTRIBUTIONS TOWARDS LOCAL EDUCATION AND SPORTS FACILITIES WHILE CONSTRUCTING 600 HOUSES
PLANS have been submitted for a major housing development in a Lincolnshire town.
Housebuilder, Gleeson Homes, says the development would be the largest of its kind in the company’s history if all goes ahead.
Located in Spilsby, the site would feature a range of two, three and four bedroom homes developed by Cyden Homes. It is expected to deliver an array of public open space allowing for a nature zone, outdoor walking trail, and play area.
Full planning permission for a new medical centre has already been granted on the site, which is expected to be progressed alongside the development.
Gleeson also has plans in place to complete safety improvements to roads and footpaths around Spilsby Town Centre, as well as contributions towards local education and sports facilities.
