Cutback on wages to help

With the council always looking for cutbacks can I suggest a few for them?

Reduce the administrative staff in the roads and lighting department and the actual staff that do the repairs.

No matter how often you report street lights out, numerous potholes, damaged road furniture,road work warning signs not being removed after repairs and crazy paving footpaths being ignored. Nothing ever seems to be done.

What’s the point of having staff when not required? The admin. Staff could be moved to the claims department? it appears the council are overstaffed in a few departments.
