Help is out there for pupils who are suffering

-

A local international author and publisher of self-help and wellbeing books is offering pupils a free e-book to help with stress, anxiety, depression and bullying.

JR Morris believes that many pupils may find it difficult returning to school in the current climate and believes his book can help with any mental health situation you may experience.

JR has published books to help NHS staff and Care Workers cope with their mental health and wellbeing which he offered free on Mental Health Week and NHS day.

You can visit his web page, using Google as your search engine type in jrmorrisabc.info.

Now JR would like to help school pupils.

He told the News: “If my books save one person from suicide, self-harm, and can help people with posttraumatic stress, drug addiction, anxiety, bullying or debt situations I have achieved my goal of turning their difficulties into success.

“My experience is through dealing with and helping people who have had addictive and harmful behaviours through life’s hardships.“

He added: “I have spent the past four decades studying and observing happiness and the science of human nature, especially the benefits of using humour.

“By utilising a simple approach, I have taught life coaching sessions on optimism and advised on personal development.

“I acquired essential knowledge from the school of life and proven research.

“My books differ from books often written with technical jargon.

“Many of my readers can be suffering from stress and anxiety, they want something that they can relate to and is easy to follow. The books provide all of this.

“They offer different basic techniques to life and happiness with real examples and tips that work.

“As the books are to help people, part of the proceeds from the sale of my books will be donated to charities.”

The Alphabet of Life A B C for school pupils is available on Amazon for free as an e-book.
