Call centre steps in with jobs
In amongst the panic and worry, leading sales call centre Power 21 said they were“stepping in to pick up the pieces,”offering 54 jobs for waylaid staff from AGO Outsourcing.
And that saw some staff starting as soon as Monday.
Gilles Baudet, CEO of Power 21 said:“In a time of such uncertainty, this will have been a devastating blow for so many.
“We’re grateful and glad to be in the position to offer job security again for a good number of those who have just been let down by AGO.”
Power 21 has also been in discussion with a former manager of AGO regarding setting up a new Power 21 base in East Kilbride, where AGO Outsourcing had its offices.
