One worker, who does d not want their position at the company disclosed, told to us:“The‘low performanc­e’line p in the th email sent out is a lie – they are playing the blame game and putting it all on employees.

“The performanc­e of agents was poor because Kris and Stephen couldn’t buy, or refused to buy, new data for agents to follow through on.

“They were performing badly because they had no leads or data that was supposed to be supplied to them. And that’s been the case for well over a month-and-a-half.

McGenily himself has been the director of a number of companies registered at Companies House.

He was director for Resource Energy Talent Solutions, Ella Boutique, KM Global Energy, Optimum Energy Group, Spectre Internatio­nal, and Aventas Group.

Aventas was liquidated with overdue accounts and confirmati­on statement, whilst Optimum was forced into complulsor­y liquidatio­n in December 2018 with Lloyds bank listed as an entitled person.

KM Global Energy was subject to a compulsory striking off order in 2015, with Ella Boutique voluntaril­y struck off.

Resource Energy Talent Solutions was subject to a compulsory striking off order in November 2014.
