EKRR have the foundations for a great season
East Kilbride RR’s 2011 side have netted a new sponsorship deal with Taylor Wimpey West Scotland as they build towards the new season.
The club, which was set up to allow boys and girls to play grassroots football, regardless of their abilities, play in the East Renfrewshire Soccer Development Association (ERSDA) league and they will look the business when they step onto the pitch in their new blue kits.
The deal with the housebuilding firm is a welcome boost to the club and they hope it will lay the foundations for a memorable season.
Team coach, Gary Marnoch, said:“We’re thrilled to have received this donation from Taylor Wimpey West Scotland and we are grateful for their support of initiatives like ours in the local community.
“Taylor Wimpey’s generous sponsorship donation has meant that our 2011 team have their very own playing strip.
“Our team is bursting with talent, and we’re delighted to see them looking so smart and professional as they approach every game and training session.”
