Caparo invests in US steel plants
BRITISH ASIAN industrialist Lord Swraj Paul’s Bull Moose Tube (BMT) company has completed major capital investment projects at its two largest tubular facilities in Elkhart and Trenton in the US.
The upgrades will improve product quality, increase production efficiency and add operational flexibility, according to a statement from BMT, a Caparo Bull Moose subsidiary.
Caparo chairman Lord Paul said, “Our continued focused investments, capable leadership and skilled workforce will solidify our position as a leading manufacturer and supplier of premier pipe and tube products in north America.”
BMT offers one of the largest ranges of welded steel tubing in North America. Based in Chesterfield, Missouri, it operates from seven plants – six in the US and one in Canada.
