DEEPIKA AIMS LOW IN HER BIG HOLLYWOOD JUMP

THE good news is that Deepika Padukone (above) has signed up with leading Hollywood talent agency ICM and is looking to do more international projects. The bad news is that like Hrithik Roshan, who signed with Gersh Agency in 2020, she isn’t with one of the big power hitters of Hollywood and that will mean she will find it hard to get the top tier projects. In stark contrast, Priyanka Chopra is with United Talent, who look after some of the biggest names in Hollywood, and that is perhaps why she has been getting so many movies. With Deepika and Hrithik being arguably the two most all-rounded stars in Bollywood, they should have chosen bigger agencies or got better advice. They can discuss that when both work together for the first time in forthcoming film Fighter.
