GURMEET’S ‘SPIRITS’ HIGH
IT HASN’T been easy for Gurmeet Choudhary (left) ever since he left a successful TV stint to pursue a movie career. The supremely talented actor looks like he will turn a corner with new film The Wife, which premieres on ZEE5 on March 19. The supernatural drama shot in London sees him star opposite newcomer Sayani Datta, in the story of a married couple who after moving into their new apartment find their idyllic life horrifically unravelling due to the presence of a spirit. Gurmeet said the script is a perfect amalgamation of spine-chilling horror, action, romance and drama.
