British boy shot in Pakistan

A TEENAGE British boy has allegedly been killed in Pakistan where he had gone with his mother on holiday.

Fourteen-year-old Adil Khan (above) from Bradford in West Yorkshire was reportedly shot dead while he was going to his relatives with his mother. Police said two arrests have been made in connection with the incident, Metro reported. The boy’s death was reported around Saturday (19) midnight by Janaza Announceme­nts. “A 14-year-old boy has been murdered In Pakistan while on holiday. Adil Khan, age 14 has sadly passed away,” it said.

Bradford West MP Naz Shah said she was “deeply saddened to hear of the murder of young Adil Khan whilst on holiday in Pakistan.” She said her “thoughts and prayers” were with his family. “I have reached out to the British High Commission to seek further informatio­n,” she added. “It goes without saying the British High Commission and myself are here to offer any assistance to the family and I would ask we respect the family’s privacy.”
