CROWNING GLORY FOR HUMAYUN HASNAT ROLE

ACTOR Humayun Saeed (left) has received great reviews for his portrayal of Dr Hasnat Khan in season five of hit Netflix series The Crown. His performance as the surgeon who, astonishingly, dated Princess Diana in the 1990s has connected with audiences globally. But die-hard fans are unhappy that producers have made the Pakistani hunk look less glamorous and not given him more screen time. His presence in the popular royal drama has led to renewed interest in the Pakistan-born surgeon, who is now 64 years old and continues to work saving lives.
