This makes enough to top a Vic­to­ria sand­wich. Gen­tly melt 250g white marsh­mal­lows in a pan with 5 tbsp milk, stir­ring all the time. Scrape into a bowl and cool, still stir­ring oc­ca­sion­ally, un­til thick enough to spread.
