SALAD LEAVES
Set a few mixed leaves seeds in a tray or window box and water regularly for easy cutand-come again salads.
ROCKET
This spicy leaf will need more space than other leaves but produces lots of fresh peppery leaves perfect for mixing with more tender greens.
CARROTS
Best sown in raised beds or pots to protect from carrot fly. These take a little more work as you’ll need to make sure they are sown in fine soil or compost to promote healthy roots. Thin out once seeds are established.
