Screening process
Once you’ve identified a good spot, screening is essential to enclose the space and bring in shelter and privacy.
Wooden fencing or trellis panels provide a quick solution and can be enhanced if you like by planting climbing shrubs. Or go for a living screen like a hedge, but bear in mind these take up more space than either fences or walls, so must be kept tightly trimmed.
